The Apex Town Council met for our annual two day retreat this past Wednesday and Thursday. A lot of policy was discussed. I'll attempt to summarize it here over the course of a few posts.
In general, as a municipality, we are going to oppose any legislation which takes away local authority. Here specifically it's talking about specific legislation which may reduce our ability to save trees on new developments
